ROGER GRUFFYDD FENWICK
Professor Fenwick graduated at the University of Wales, University College of Swansee, where he also obtained his PhD degree. In his professional career, among others , he held position of a group leader at the Division of Chemistry in the Institute of Food Research, Norwich, Uk, where he was also Deputy Head of Chemistry Division. From 1995 he held the position of Internal Coordinator at this Institute, being responsible for establishing, and optimising IFR's international cooperation with European and global partners. Thanks his activity, IFR has been involved in 130 FP projects, coordinating a quarter). Roger Fenwick was chairing or coordinating many Executive boards and Divisions in European scientific organizations and projects. Currently he is the Chair of Advisory Board, EU FP7 REFRESH project [Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research, Polish Academy of Sciences, Olsztyn, Poland]. He is the author of over 350 research papers, reviews, articles for magazines read by consumers and industry, 6 edited books, and 1 co-authored book.
