Food Structure and Functionality - 15 years later Conference

The Scientific Committee will select oral or poster presentations based on quality and content of the abstract. The authors will be notified of the acceptance by March 31, 2013.
Invited papers will be published in the incoming issues of Food Research International (Special Issue) or Polish Journal of Food and Nutrition Sciences. Invited authors will be contacted directly by Editor-in-Chief of both Journals.
